Privacy notice

Last updated October 5, 2026

This notice explains what Baseview Data, Inc. (“Baseview”, “we”) collects through baseviewdata.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • What you give us. When you request access we collect your work email and organization. If you make a privacy request on this page, we collect the email address and any details you include.
  • Technical details. With each request we record your browser’s user-agent string. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and standard request logs to deliver and secure the site.

We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

How we use it

To review and respond to your access request, to handle privacy requests, to contact you about the private beta, and to keep the site secure. We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Who handles it

We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (the database where requests are stored) and Slack (internal notifications to our team). Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

How long we keep it

We keep access-request information for as long as we need it to evaluate your request and run the beta. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve submitted. Use the form below and we’ll confirm by email once it’s done.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
